As a travel planner, I help you create the journey that will stay with you for a long time.
We often forget the name of a monument, rarely the smell of a spice market around the corner of an alley, or the flavor of a wine tasted in the heart of a vineyard at sunrise.
These are the moments that leave a lasting imprint on us and become the most precious memories.
This is the whole philosophy behind the trips I organize.
For each itinerary, I incorporate carefully selected sensory experiences, based on your personality, your desires, and the senses that are most awakened in you: an olfactory stroll through a city of a thousand scents, a perfume-making workshop with an artisan, a private tasting far from the tourist trail…
These moments are not simple “activities” but suspended moments that will remain deeply rooted in your memory.
The sooner the better, so that you can benefit from the best rates and so that we can take the time together to refine your request and your needs.
This also varies depending on the type of trip and destination, but generally for a short stay or a nearby destination, 3 to 6 months is ideal, and for more distant destinations, at least 6 months in advance.
I will of course consider your last-minute requests if I have availability.
My role as a Travel Planner is to advise and support you in organizing your trip.
I research all the services for you and offer you the best options according to your criteria and personal constraints.
A travel agency generally offers pre-designed trips and recommends its own service providers.
Most agencies are paid through commissions from their partners and service fees.
I am paid only by you, to guarantee complete freedom in my recommendations.
For this reason, I cannot make bookings on your behalf: you make the bookings yourself, based on my detailed recommendations.
The advantage of using a Travel Planner is therefore the assurance of having a highly personalized trip at a more advantageous rate thanks to the business model.
Under the law, a Travel Planner is not authorized to make bookings on behalf of their clients, unlike a travel agency, which is licensed to provide this service.
As part of my support, I send you all the necessary links to make your bookings; all you have to do is click and pay.
A well-prepared trip generally reduces this risk considerably. However, it can never be reduced to zero, which is why, during the preparation phase, I also help you choose your insurance. During the trip, I also remain reachable by email or WhatsApp, depending on the package chosen, in order to support you in the event of the unexpected.
